If you look around your garden you will more than likely find a seedling. The birds drop the seeds. They are very esay to grow from their ripe seeds. You will have a good sized shrub in a couple of years, but they can be pruned hard to keep under control. Common name Pheasant berry. You can also grow them from soft cuttings now.

My 2nd one grew in that way Harvester...as Wyeboy says there's seeedlings all around.

Same here, thanks to the blackbirds who love to eat the berries.
