Fig Tree

Devon, United Kingdom

We have this fig tree growing against a stone shed. Never had anything to do with fig trees before, so is there any special treatment they need?

Fig is usually trained against a wall, in sun, sun/partial shade, you get more fruit in good summers (! not this year then!) and it needs pruning hard when its dormant, in the winter, probably January in the south, later in the north.
