The best way is to prune out all flowered shoots after they have flowered, down to a strong new shoot. It's too late now so wait til next year and give it a good haircut. You won't kill it! By the 2nd year it will be flowering again profusely.

The S arguta gets pruned after it flowers as the new flowers start to form on the wood late summer.
The goldflame is grown for its foliage mainly. I used to have one and i pruned that in the spring so the new growth was always there in a compact bush.
as for the last one dont know it but sure someone will know.
