I planted one of the above 10 yrs ago. It has never flowered, is this normal?? Planted in sun/part shade,and very healthy looking. 6' x 6' now. I live on Anglesey, Mild climate. Does not dry out in position or get water logged.

Not normal, but not uncommon - easy to grow, as you've discovered, but tends to flower better in warmer climates. Try giving it a high potash feed in the spring - rake in sulphate of potash at the roots.
