If your bin is full and you need to add more waste then I would tip it out onto the garden now and cover it with a plastic sheet to reduce leaching. Dig it in at the ned of the winter. If you can manage without emptying the bin then just leave it to carry on working.

I think Bulba is right. Next spring you will need it to line pea and bean trenches to conserve moisture.
