Lilac bushes

I have three medium sized lilac bushes. Between them I have only a single flower. Any suggestions as to what is going on.

HI Chelsea are plants tall and leggy ? lack of light one of the commonest problems for lilacs not flowering as concentrate on growth,the picture of white lilac on my homepage was after cleared ivy off it removed over hanging branches and pruned hard in autumn.this is a shoot from this year and its beginning to flower well again.
