Niagara Tentation Purple help!!!!

We have two hanging baskets with Niagara Tentation in. One white (which is fantastic!) and one purple - which looks like it is dying! The purple one has yellowed/brown leaves, and has white chalky spots on the leaves .
It is in a south facing garden, against the wall - whilst the white one is just amazing so big, so healthy
Does anyone know why the purple one looks like it is dying??? we have pulled off the brown leaves and ones with spots, and fed and watered it but nothing seems to work? HELP PLEASE!!!!

thank you for the advice - yes i don't like any chemicals and best if it is 'humanely' destroyed!!!
thank you again

Sounds like powdery mildew which petunias are prone to. There are spray you can use to treat but being against chemicals I'd just bin the plant myself.
