What's eating my Japonica?

My Fatsia Japonica is actually really healthy and doing well. I'm currently waiting to replant him in my soon-to-be border but noticed today that something has been nibbling at some of the leaves - first time this has happened.
Anyone got any ideas what might be the cause please?
Thnaks in advance.
