do you sell Pelargonium sidoides plants or seeds? Will this grow in north florida? it is an annual?

It isn't an annual, it's a tender plant that needs to be under glass here in the winter. I don't know about winter temps. in Florida, though. Do 'normal' Pelargoniums stay out?
