Can you help me identify this plant?

I really wish someone would answer this - its driving me mad, I do know what it is, but can I remember? Absolutely not....

Hi, i think the plant in the picture is Mirabilis Jalapa also called Marvel of Peru. I,ve grown it here in wales but it doesn,t survive most winters here

Thanks everyone - now I'll see if I can find it somewhere!

I walked by the garden I saw this plant in and was able to take obtain some seed pods. So, we will see what happens next season! Thanks again for the responses.
