flowerless santolina

I have two lovely 'cushions' of flowerless santolinas in my garden and I would like two more. Are they flowerless or was because the two I have were trimmed back last year?

No, they're not flowerless ,they usually have little pompom type flowers which are yellow, but I expect you've pruned them to shape and that's prevented flowering. If you want to keep the shape, it is difficult to have the flowers too.
