Toxic Garden?

I was given a barrel that contained hydrazine aqueous solution. Can it be used safely as a rainbarrel for watering my garden? Could residue be toxic? JGC

have you googled that substance because i have? i dont know what exactly that substance is but a few phrases are toxic, poison, harmfull to health, flammable on contact with soil, causes burns to skin and eyes, fumes in air, water soluble, ground pollutant! please do not use this barrel its not worth risk to yourself, future owners of your land who will be ignorant to their risk and also local wildlife. Sorry for harsh answer.
