can you identify this perennial cascading daisy?

Its fully hardy and is covered in pink daisies in June and July. Now there is hardly any. It is almost evergreen, with woody stems. There is a wee bit of die back in the winter, when the old stems become brittle and get blown away in the gales. The leaf arrangement is quite unusual with clusters of 3 new leaves appearing on the stem.
