Twin-flowered brugmansias, are you satisfied with them? I have bought them several times and they do not flower with double flowers at all. Usually only with simple flower and often with different colour. Is there some garden centre that can really guarantee the double flowers on them? On the picture from mail order catalogues, they look very attractive but the reality is disappointing. What is your experience? Where have you bought them, if you are satisfied and even if you are not?

Well, that promo photo has certainly been severely photoshopped! Double-flowered Brugmansias are rarely consistent in producing the wanted flower shape, but most of the blooms should have been double to some degree. It might be worthwhile giving them time, and a feed rich in potash, since young plants often have flowers that are "off" in some respect.
