i have a desert rose for about 1 year and nine months during spring/summer i leave it outside in full to partial sun The tips always get brown i water when the soil is nearly dry

I also fertilize it once a month with regular house plant food. It hasn't bloomed all spring/summer what asm i doing wrong? I bring the plant inside over the winter and force plant into dormacy, once spring is here and temps stay above 60 degrees i bring the plant back out doors and start the same process over again. Thanks

I know nothing about this plant, but I typed "Desert Rose Plant" into Google and up came lots of pages about this plant, including one on this site. Have you tried that?
