Ive been told this plant is called Hair bell/ Hare bell..it is a blue trailing plant, with small bell shaped flowers..similiar blue to lobelia..Local garden centres have not been able to help..grateful for any ideas

Answers
Could be a Campanula muralis or C. portenschlagiana if it's trailing. They both have that size and shape flowers.
