our 35-40 foot pine tree has bright red tips at the very top of the tree. What is this. also at the top there are 3 straight shoots coming off the top of the tree

It is possible to have a volunteer parasite growing that high up - is it possible the tips are blooms of a parasitic plant? (Think of how mistletoe looks in trees....)
