It's a chrysanthemum, looks like a spider type, might be one of the newly revived 'Shamrock' varieties - not available as plants, bit tender. Much loved by florists though.

It is Chrysanthemum Green Mist, there is also a similar one called C. Lime Green Mist. If you want to buy some they are readily available from good nurseries. Google it for suppliers.

Check out Hellebores then, Casso - Helleborus argutifolius has green flowers.

It looks like a chrysanthemum to me, I don't normally like green flowers but against the dark leaves it looks very effective
