afew days ago, I noticed some small patches of what looked like scrambled egg on my lawn, I wondered if my dogs had been sick, but didn't really think anything of it, this morning, there's loads more patches.I know it's not my dogs, but it is yak and I wonder what it could be! Is it a strange fungi, or some kind of insect egg splodge? Please help!

i have this from time to time and is one of the slime moulds. they are fantasic organisms.
