we have been "evicted" from our allotment as the Council want to split it up into smaller plots . We are taking up all the daffodil bulbs planted and would like advice on replanting, in the ground, in pots or where please?

Depends on where you want them, they will do well in pots or the ground.Do you have large allotments now? It is good that the council are at least trying to get more people to have them. Just think you are sharing rather than being evicted.
