Hi Rachel. Need more information about your plant to help. Is it the large leaved, upright rubber plant type (Ficus elastica) or is it one with small leaves, the weeping sort (Ficus benjamina)? They need different treatment. There's also a trailing version...Is it possible to post a photo of it if you haven't got the plant label?
