lol, Cliffo - guest, you don't need to do anything other than cut down the dead stems. It'll be everywhere next year anyway, because not only will the original survive, but there'll be millions of seedlings everywhere too.

yes as bamboo says just tidy it up. I have never managed to get it to grow in my garden, though both neighbours have it flourishing.

lol Bamboo I did not see the plant' sorry guest.but it has been that cold hear today ,I think the hedgehog realy dose have the answer.

My neighbours up the lane chop theirs back after it has flowered earlier in the year, get another lot of flowers, and chop it back again in the autumn! That seems to suit it. :-)
