I am assuming you mean cyclamen, the pretty house plant that has a smaller hardy outdoor cousin.
they will regularly lose the odd leaf this way. just remove it. I would be tempted to give it a feed of an indoor houseplant food eg babybio. follow the dilution instructions and water from the bottom of the pot. keep the corm dry and free from water splashes.
