Answers
It depends on which variety it is. If it is the bog standard pink one then you might get away with it. They are best left insitu as they will spread really quickly. If it is the red tresco, orange or white varieties, these are more tender and do not grow as quickly. They do need Winter protection

Yes - but they need a minimum temperature of 5 deg. C, so a sunny or slightly heated greenhouse, or indoors on a windowsill.
