I have a Euphorbia mellifera planted about three years ago in a semi shaded corner and growing in a clay soil.
This year it has really taken off and started to overwhelm the neighbouring plants.
My question.should I hard prune it and when?

Next question
Wait until the Spring when the frosts have passed, however be careful not to get the white sap on your skin as it can cause irritation. Use the prunings for cuttings.
