The company is called Country Garden Roses (www.countrygardenroses.co.uk)
I have found 'Dorothy' on here

There are several listed on the RHS website. Go to
www.rhs.org.uk
Then to the 'Plantfinder'. Type in 'Rosa Dorothy' and it comes up with a list, plus stockists including mail order..
