I have a Sollya Heterophylla in a 12" pot, growing 4ft high against a trellis, I had 2 but lost one last year due to the cold. Does anyone know how far back I should prune to transfer to a frost free greenhouse, I will have to do it quick it's started to snow here in Essex.

it belongs to pruning group 12. it says cut back to 3 or 4 spurs/buds from the main frame work. it doesnt say how far down. Does this actually help? It does say frost tender at 0 deg C and should be kept frost free. but you know that hence the question.
