I have my citrus limon in a clay pot inside for the winter and it was doing well until this week when most of the leaves dropped off. Is there hope for this plant if it loses all of its leaves (which is what it looks like is about to happen)? What can I do to help get this plant through the winter months?

One of my clients has an orange and a lemon tree which she keeps in her shed over winter - last year, all the leaves fell off, but she brought them out into the light and warmth in May, and all the leaves grew again, so don't give up yet.
