You can layer them in the spring by cutting half-through a shoot on a slant and weighting it down in the soil each side of the cut. It will take some time to root enough to separate the new plant from the 'parent'.
Otherwise, take semi-ripe cuttings in the summer/autumn with some bottom heat.
