Hello. I have two questions please.
I would like to plant some Agapanthus bulbs in a pot or my patio. ( they already have some green sprouts on them). Can anybody please suggest the size of pots and number of tubers/ bulbs to go in it?
Also Imhave taken some cuttings fom Scabiosa and Eryngium. So far they seem to have taken. In a few weeks I hope to pot them up into small plant pots. What happens afterwards. Shall I put them into bigger pots sometime this year in the summer maybe? Also when would I be looking at planting them out if the are successful as cuttings?

That's brilliant Seaburngirl. Thank you very much. I didn't think my cuttings would be able to o out till next year. I'm delighted.

Agapanthus like to have a restricted root run to flower successfully. so put them about 2" apart in the pot.
as for your small plants, pot on into a small pot and when you see roots just coming out of the bottom of the pot the repot into a slightly bigger pot.
They should be ok to go out in the garden where you want them to clump up by mid May early June. you may even get flowers this year.
