do i need to cut it back in winter or just leave it

On plant Osteospermum jucundum

No, leave it alone - you can tidy it up a bit when we get to the end of April if it needs it.

Trim it back if it's encroaching where it shouldn't. I have one growing by the side of some steps and always trim it back over winter, it's hard to decide to trim once it's started to grow and flowering! Use any trimmed bits for cuttings, they root easily.

How do I say thanks?
