Surely this is a STAGS HORN-RHUS TYPHINUS tree, be very wary, we had one that died back and after we cut it down it sprouted about five hundred (no joke) shoots through our lawn it was a nightmare, we had to have the lawn taken up and re-laid, I was glad when it was gone. They are beautiful when they turn to reds come autumn BUT, care is needed.

My thought that it looked like a Rowan, Mountain Ash, seedling.

looking at the toothed edge of the leaflets my first instinct was one of the rowan type trees.
Does the stem have a redish velvet fuzz on it? if yes then I'd go Rhus if not then Id go rowan/sorbus type and that does become a small tree. pull the one up near the house wall if it comes out with a discret root system its rowan. if it pulls away on long underground stems its rhus.
