I do not belive so ,carrie on growing it , we could be depending on people like you in the future ,as we begin to use more ethanol.

It does spread by root growth, but I have never seen a baby plant in my garden. And the roots are fairly easy to chop out unlike s Bamboo say.

Yes, it's more of a clumper than a spreader. The one we used to have at work stayed as a nice clump.
