I planted two Photinia Red Robin miniature trees about two months ago, but one of them is not looking too healthy. I'm not sure if the leaves are being eaten or just dying. The other tree is looking much healthier. I would appreciate your advice please.
Thank you

If it's Photinia x fraseri 'Little Red Robin' then I think it's a bit weak, and nothing like so robust as its bigger cousin. It seems to dislike winter cold (huh, silly observation that was!), so a light shearing over about now to remove the scabby leaves and a feed as it comes into growth again may do the trick.
