Two weeks ago I moved my two Peonies, and now the leaves are beginning to go brown, could anyone please advice me what, if anything, I need to do about this, or is it just because I've moved them.

It is almost certainly due to your moving them just as they were about to come into flower, all you can do now is keep well watered. The usual time to move a peony is in late autumn when it has died back as this causes much less stress to the shrub and you can cut off any remaining top growth.

I thought it must be, but I had no choice but to move them, thanks very much for you quick reply, I will keep them well watered, do I cut the brown leaves off, or just leave the plants as they are?

I also moved 2 of mine only yesterday as they had to be moved for new project.
