Will aerating the lawn with a garden fork over where bulbs are planted damage the bulbs and spoil next years flowering?

only if you spike it. and if it is just the outer layers away from the flower the leaf will be damaged and the flower unaffected. This happened to the daffs in my brothers lawn.

If you damage any bulb it will suffer,
so dont go to deep.
