Hi
Can anyone give me some advice. I cook with edible Lavender but I currently buy it online. I would like to have my own plants at my allotment, and pick it and dry it to cook with. Can anyone tell me which lavender plant to get that is edible? or are they all edible? are there any better varieties? Thank you

I was interested to read your question, so spent some time this morning googling it. (I use lavender for cooking too, and had simply assumed they were all edible).
Found an article which seems to explain a bit.
