Just found out they are tubers.
Last year I put all my fuchia bulbs together, and some of them are for putting in the garden and some for hanging baskets, is there away that you tell which is which

Maybe Begonias?

If Begonia then the dip is to the top, roots will come out the bottom.

Cliolady you have already been told these are not fuchsias... If they are tubers then Begonia is a possibility. And, no, you will not be able to id whether they are for the ground or for hanging baskets. Mind you by now your Begonias should be in growth!

Cliolady if you are still confused about tubers would you like to add a photo to your question and then we could tell you for certain whether you have fuchsias or begonias.

Hi Cliolady, welcome to G O Y, there are approximately 100 species of fuschia, mainly decideous or evergreen trees or shrubs, and a few perennials, there are over 8000 varieties and cultivars, none of which are tuberous rooted, they're all fibrous rooted, are you sure you mean fuschia's, Derek.
