Raspberries help please
I have moved raspberry canes to a nes plow last year. Fruited Ok . This year the stems that grew over the winter are fruiting but there are lots of new growth without flowers that are now almost as tall as the fruiting ones. Can I cut these new ones down before I harvest the fruit as it's looking very overgrown and thick.. There is only 1 autumn fruiting cane which I don't cut down until next spring.

No if you cut down the new cane you will have no fruit next year. Cut them to about 5 foot in height and tie them into whatever you are using for support. When the canes that are currently fruiting have finished these need to be cut right back. Summer fruiting raspberries grow the cane in year one and flowr and fruit on it in year two.
