Planted some charlotte new potatoes at the beginning of April, all growing well but they haven't flowered yet. Do I have to wait for them to flower before harvesting them.

Charlotte will probably produce some early ones, though, so I'd have a peek and try a few babies. Just a few, mind, because they'll get to an good size. Treasure trove!
