They are Stella cherry , braeburn apple ,& opal plum varieties , also do they need any special feed ?

I googled Stella for you - it does not need a pollinator but will fruit more heavily with one. If you google the others with the name of the tree and the word Pollinators you will find lists of what are needed if any. If they are in pots they will need feeding but in the ground they should be OK in a reasonable fertile soil, especially if you put some bonemeal or fish blood and bone in the ground at planting time.
