Can anyone tell me about Honeywort (Cerinthe) I bought one whilst visiting a NGS garden. It now looks almost all dead except for one sprig. I have it in a bed and have read it may be better in a container.I have never seen it before or since and had to search to find out what it was.Thank you.

Cerinthe is a hardy annual. It likes free draining soil whether grown in a pot or in the ground. It may not have been happy to have been transplanted in to your garden if it was only recently potted on by the gardener. You could try growing it from seed which is available in most garden centres. If your one revives and flowers it will produce seed which will self sow giving you plenty of plants next year.
