Hi, I have a Yucca Elephantipes and the leaves at the bottom of the crown seem to be wilting and turning yellow but it also has new growth coming out of the top. Is this normal? It sits in semi-shade and i don't water too often (winter).

As long as it is only the old leaves, then this is normal. Pull or cut them off if they offend. Feed the plant a little later in spring. Try moving it to a brighter position for these dark winter days.
