I have a back yard that did have a border which has been concreted over. I have decided to open it up and am trying to plan what to plant it with. I would like a flowering climber, with pale flowers (the prettier the better!) and will attract bees, doesn't matter if it's evergreen or not. The wall is south facing, no idea what the soil will be like. Any ideas would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Lots of white-flowered clematis (if you can keep the roots cool) - Jackmanii Joe in flower in May, loads of flowers about an inch across
or honeysuckle and jasmine.

Sorry forgot to add that I would prefer something that grows quite fast, not a rose and if it is to late to plant till later or next year doesn't matter. Thanks for any replies.
