They are lovely Nigella(love in a mist) but they will soon spread throughout your garden.That's great if you want them to!

the pods tha are reddening/going brown will probably have viable seed. leave them to dry and if viable they will be black seed a bit bigger than a pinhead. I sowed some 15yrs ago and just leave them to get on with it. I pull out any that I don't need leaving 2 or 3 plants to set seed in the autumn.

SBG has given you the info you need to grow and yes do be aware this is a thug of a plant.
