Ihave a weeping mulberry non flowering, it has brown spots and the leaves are falling and there are alot of sticks on the ground it looks like something is eating the tree, but i don see any bugs. what can i do?

Hi Candy,
Without a picture it's difficult to tell. It could be some kind of infestation and as I'm sure you'll agree different climates and especially different countries have their own particular infestation problems?
However, you said that you can't see any bugs so that leads me to believe that this could be bacterial blight. If this is the case then you need to prune the affected areas preferably on a dry sunny day.
