Wait until the foliage has died down and then do it.

I feed mine to help the bulb bulk up. then in the autumn when the foliage has died down I empty them out check for any overwintering pests, then repot and keep under the staging in the greenhouse until the spring, when I start watering and encouraging growth.

What feed is used after flowering?
Would the feed be used for all bulbs?
