I am growing tomatoes in a greenhouse for the first time and the leaves have a fawn coloured blot - I say a blot as around the edge of the blot - which is on the leaf at the end of the stem - there is a darker line between the green leaf and the fawn blot. What is it and what should I do.

Whereabouts on the plant? Lower leaves, upper leaves, all of the leaves?
Do the fruits look healthy?
If it's the lower leaves, they do go "funny" and it is normal to remove them up to the first truss regardless of any other problems.
