We have a small willow tree and this year have had a lot of leaves showing like small blisters, on opening one of them it is full of tiny black things. Would you know what this is and is there something we can do to remedy this?

they are larvae of an insect of some kind. not a lot you can do really. when the leaves fall sweep them up and either burn them or put in the household bin. the adults wont then find a home in your garden.
