Why isn't one of my rose plants blossoming at all, not a single bud??!
Thanks so much for responding. Yes, I pruned it end March cuz weather was so cold and spring got here so late. The plant has green leaves but no buds at all.

according to my rhs book the cause of blind shoots isn't know but it may be due to adverse weather. they recommend pruning back the 'blind stems to a strong bud, which should then break and go on to flower.
